Hello,

You are suffering from painful, burning urination. Your symptom is indicative of urinary tract infection, UTI. Other conditions that can cause similar symptoms are vaginal infections, chlamydia, gonorrhea, genital herpes, etc. STIs can cause blistering and sores also. Get Urinalysis (R/E and C/S) and STD tests done.

Get clinically examined by a urologist or GP. UTIs are commonly treated with antibiotics (Bactrim or Cephalexin) and analgesics (Acetaminophen). Take plenty of water and fluids to stay hydrated and comfortable. Avoid using public washrooms. Avoid any type of sexual activity for a couple of days. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
