What causes painful and burning testicle with a cyst on vas deferens?

I have extreme pain and burning in my left testicle. There is a small lump or cyst on my vas deferens. Urine comes out in a spray, it is not a straight flow. Antibiotics have not helped. Because of extreme pain have to catheterize to release urine, what can I do?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Extreme pain and burning sensation in your testicle could be due to some infection and inflammation.
A lump on the vas deferens could be due to cyst as mentioned by you or due to some solid growth.
A spray like urine flow suggests some obstruction in the urethra.
I suggest you to consult an urologist at the earliest.
