What Causes Painful Anal Skin Tags?

I AM 55 YEAR OLD MAN.I HAVE A OUTGROWTH OF SKIN (ABOUT 0.5 C.M IN ROUND SHAPE) NEAR ANUS SINCE FOUR MONTHS. THERE IS NOT ANY TYPE OF PAIN OR ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM DURING OR AFTER PASSING STOOL. IT IS ON INNER SIDE OF ANUS. BUT BEFORE ONE WEEK, I FEEL SOME PAIN IN OUTGROWTH. I HAVE SOME PROBLEM IN MOTION ALSO. PLEASE ADVICE ME.
