What Causes Pain While Urination Even After Taking Antibiotics?

Hi I was diagnosed with UTI and given antibiotics Urnine sample came back, no infection and symptoms continued - next lot of antibiotics, different, made no change to urgency and pain. 2 weeks later sent for renal ultrasound that showed kidneys fine - another lot of anitobiotics Noroxin this time with very little change course just completed there was a slight infection this time in urine - how can this be after all these antibiotics now have pain in my right side that is getting worse. What should I do now I am 48 very fit and well

Perhaps it is a sexually transmitted disease. I suggest you have a urinalysis and a urethral swap.
