What Causes Pain While Opening The Eyes After A Sleep?

Hello. Today is the 2nd day that I woke up and it hurts to open me eyes all the way. The pain is more underneath and they aren t overdry. I got a really good night sleep. They are a little watery as well. There is a slight burning when I close them. What can I do to make them feel better?

1.Simply putting tear substitute drops may give relief.It may be early feature of Dry eye ?No worry . use Tears Plus/ Lubrex/ Eco tears/ Moss / Tears naurale forte (any one) one drop X 4 times a day.
2 May it be CVA (Computer vision Synd) Use above drops/ Do eye ball rotating exercise when you feel comfortable. maintain blink rate above 15/ mt
