What Causes Pain While Eating, No Bowel Movement When On Pancreatitis Treatment?

Have had a colostomy back in September and reversal in January. I. Was just hospitalized last week due to pancreatitis and abdominal pain. I was sent home on a soft diet and to take Miramax. It s been almost a week it s hurts to eat I m bloated and have not had a good bowel movement.

Noted the history of colostomy and reversal also in Jan. Developed pancreatitis and got discharged on soft diet and mirax. Now there is pain in abdsituation:
ated and unable to have complete evacuation.
All the history you have mentioned indicates that there may be a complication of pancreatitis namely intestinal obstruction or pseudocyst of pancreas and so on.
I would advice you the following in such a situation:
Get an ultrasound of abdomen and CT scan to confirm what the problem is and to have proper treatment as needed.
