What Causes Pain Under The Right Rib Cage Upon Movement?
I used meth about 2 months ago never again I went to the emergency room for chest pain and high heart rate they put something in my arm then I went back on the same day because it was still bad like I thought the right side of my body was seriously malfunctioning so they put twice the stuff in both my arms but my question is why is the right side of my rib cage still not 100% it never hurts but I can tell when I push on it hurts?

It can be minor contusion or conditions like costochondritis. As of now you can take analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac for pain relief. If pain persists, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
