I have been having a dull ache under my R rib cage on & off for years. Have also periodically, get a bad stomachache in the center. I have been hypoglycemic & lactose intolerant for years (25 or so). Although, I have been able to tolerate goats milk, cheese & yogurt. In Jan., my vitamin D tested very low. I was having odd sensation symptoms & was told I was starting menopause. Once the Vit. D got into normal range, those symptoms went away. More recently, I have had the constant aching on the R side & stomach aches again. This has been pretty constant now for about 2 months. I had added hemp heart to my diet & more nuts. In addition, I start to feel a few of the odd symptoms again. Then one evening ate some ice cream (which is rare for me) & had diarrhea the next day. I contributed it to the ice cream & didn t think much of it. However, the diarrhea didn t seem to want to go away. My fist somewhat solid stool was a white or grey color. Then, back to diarrhea for a bit. Currently, I do have softer stools with form but full of nuts & a constant yellow color. I have stopped coffee, tea, chocolate & hemp seeds (still eating nuts though) but not much change. My doctor put me on probiotics & it seems to help my stomach but no change in stool color & still have the ache under R rib. My vit. D test showed a bid low so I am stepping up the supplement a bit more. Liver & kidney functions show great. Nothing else showing out of range. Ultra sound of gallbladder came back negative as did the h-pylori test. Any other suggestions or ideas?
