What Causes Pain Under The Rib Cage?

I ve had a dull pain in my upper right side (just under rib cage). I ve had blood tests, urinalysis, x-ray, and ultra sound with no answers - except no gallstones . I still have the dull pain and a very full feeling. Am not nauseous, tired and have not lost my appetite. Any suggestions?

Liver evaluation is required in this case since this may be caused by liver swelling. You should check liver markers and viral hepatitis markers to rule this out. Also,it may be related to intercostal nerve pulling and in this case it should improve soon.
