Hi there.... I hope you can. For the past two weeks I have suffered with pain under my ribs, almost like cramp. I can also feel it in my back. Together with this, I have a burning sensation in the back of my throat, am burping a lot and have wind too, oh and a yellow tongue.... Alison

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to stomach issue.
In my opinion , you may have gastroesophageal reflux disease.
I suggest using medication such as Omeprazole 20 mg per day in the morning before breakfast.
I also recommend to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms such as spicy food or too much caffeine.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
