What Causes Pain Under Rib Cage?

My daughter is 20. She has a pain in her side just beneath her rib cage that she describes as tight pressure. She describes her urine as clear with bubbles and a strong odor. She says it was cloudy last week. When she breathes the pain intensifies. She has a limited appetite.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. In every possibility, the pain your daughter is referring to could be due to indigestion and acidity. Intense pain while breathing is because of the movement of the diaphragm. Limited appetite also explains the same. You can always use household remedies for indigestion like ginger. You may consult physician if no respite in two days.
