What Causes Pain, Swelling And Bruising On The Feet?
I have pain, swelling and bruising in both my feet and ankles. I know I have mild arthritis. But, this came on kind of suddenly this past weekend after probably too much activity, which for me, is just walking too much. I walk a lot at my job, but now have a rollator due to my arthritis. My left foot is swollen to the size of about 1/4 of my right foot. Same for my left ankle. And the bruising, etc, is painful.

The swelling with pain over left foot and ankle indicate possible inflammatory changes which may be following some sort of injury, insect bite, compression related or arthritis linked.

Till that time, foot elevation with 3 pillow support will help a lot.
