What Causes Pain Pain In Ribs And Vomiting?

I have had two occasions of spontaneous vomiting within the past month, each about 2 weeks apart. I don't think it's food related because once the last thing I ate was popcorn and I got a terrible pain in between my ribs and within 15 minutes I threw up. Then the other the last thing I ate was pork stirfry with rice and veggies and it was nearly 5 hours after I ate that I started getting the horrible pain right under my right rib and then I threw up within 15 minutes. After about 20 minutes after vomitting, I felt fine. Should I be worried?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it was the symptoms of vomiting and no other symptoms are there then it could be due to dyspepsia or it can be due to food allergy in either of this case the symptomatic treatment can be tried, as long as the food allergy is concern try to avoid the food that causes the allergic condition, for the dyspepsia diet control is the best option, for vomiting Tab Domperidone 10 mg can be tried hope this information helps.
