What Causes Pain On The Right Thigh?

Yes, I have a dull ache pain in my right thigh on the outside, I suffer from lumbar stenosis, and am thinking this is another issue that has arisen, I am questioning whether this could be a blood clot in the leg or just the results of nerve restriction
