What Causes Pain On The Lower Side Of The Waist?
Hello sir, i am having a little pain in my lower side of my waiste it seems it is near urine system, may be kidneys i am having pain in both side since one week, severity of pain is not much but still some pain is there,also i used to have masterbation twice in a week is it do to that? can u please suggest me what action i should take on my food choices ??

Lower abdomen pain around the region you mentioned can be related to number of causes like infection, kidney stones. Commonly it is associate with kidney stones but to confirm that I suggest you get an ultrasound lower abdomen done.Then consult your doctor with the results. A physical examination is needed by the doctor. After that he might suggest pain relieving medications if needed.
He can also ask you to get some blood tests or urine tests done for better understanding of your overall health. If it is rated to stones or infection then you will be guided with appropriate medical management depending on the size of the stones and cause of infection respectively. Also make sure you keep yourself well hydrated. And avoid doing strains activities.
