First of all, do not panic. Your symptoms can be due to appendicitis or urinary tract calculus. I will suggest you get an ultrasound done to know more about the same. Also, get a urine routine examination done.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for tablet Buscogest to control the pain. And tablets containing Ornidazole and Ofloxacin two times a day for five days. If you have a diagnosis of urinary tract calculus, please seek support from your urologist. Drink plenty of water in the day.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
