Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pain on the left side of the cheek which seems to be duet o temporary weakness of the muscles in one side of the face and it could be due to trigeminal neuralgia .

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult oral physician/ neurologist for proper diagnosis and rule out systemic conditions. Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant and anti inflammatory medications. Start physical therapy of facial muscles and take diet rich in multivitamins. You should try bowing whistle and cheek exercises.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
