What Causes Pain On The Left Side Of The Abdomen?

I have my tubes tied for a year now but after having sex with my partner I bleed heavy but then it goes away. And my left side always hurts daily the day and down by my scar tissue from a C-section it hurts. I took many pregnancy test and all neagtive What should I do ?

I think the pain is due to the body adjustment to the changes that are related to the tubes tie.
You can consult with your gynecolog that did perform that .
