What Causes Pain On The Eyes?

Hi! it's almost 4 in the morning and I think an old contact really messed my eye up and it hurts and feels scratched and i can't close it without it being in extricating pain, i tried eye drops, water, 2 benadryls 2 anvils and wet cloth over it and it hasn't work. anything else?

You have explained that at 4 in the morning an old contact scratch your eye. by this do you mean contact lens. if so you are suppose to remove the lens before going to bed. if the scratches are on cornea. If they are on cornea then it may develop corneal ulcer. anti biotic drop like ofloxacin .3% to be applied 6hourly. You can take combiflam tablet to get relief from pain. Till the time it is completely alright use specs. Apply neosporine eye ointment at bed time.
