Hi,

Slight abdominal cramps and bleeding can happen with the hormonal implant. Generally, it will settle by itself without any complications. As of now, you can take Mefenamic Acid (Meftal) for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
