What Causes Pain Inside Breast And Itching In Nipples?

Hi,how r you? My problem is from last 6 months am getting very minor pain from inside from my left breast,and sometimes my pain increases abit when my periods is near,i went and showed gyno,he checked as well as did ultra sound n he told me I hav harmones problem.today when I woke up in the morning my left breast was itching alot plus I saw a small rash on my left breast nipple.and my left breast I find it abit heavier than right breast.so please assist me,and let me wht it is.thank u.
