What Causes Pain In Urethra And Yellow Discharge From Vagina After Treating UTI?

I had a UTI...took rounds of Bactrim...then was treated for a yeast infection with the the one treatment pill. Then the same thing happened again but this time I did the Bactrim, the one day pill for yeast infection and did the three day Ovule-Monistat. Ever since then I have been hurting in my urethra and have a yellowish discharge which I swear is from both the urethra and the vagina. What in the heck is wrong with me?

this may b due to urethritis and Pelvic Inflammatory disease.
go for lab invetigations (Urine DR and Culture, CBC) and tranvaginal Ultrasound
Treatment: Antibiotics according to culture.
