As per your complain a scrape or cut over the tongue can be due to eating something hard which could have injured the tongue or can also be due to injury by a toothbrush or accidental biting of tongue.. You need not to worry about it as it will heal soon, you can apply a numbing gel over it in case if there is pain or discomfort.. The sore throat with redness and white bumps is indicative of infection in throat which can be either viral or bacterial in nature.. While at times there can be a secondary bacterial infection along with viral throat infection. You should continue doing warm saline gargles.. Take Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days.. For pain in neck and throat pain Ibuprofen 400 mg has to be taken thrice a day.. Take chewable Vitamin C tablet once daily for relief.. Throat lozenges can relieve the throat..
