What Causes Pain In The Vagina?

I am a little confused as to whats going on because only a couple of my symptoms were on the list. I have experienced pain in my vaginal area for the third time now. It seems to last all day long, then gone the next. It almost feels bruised, but i haven t done anything to cause that. It also hurts around my opening, and is radiating pain clear into my right butt cheek, but its only the right one. It also feels like I have a bunch of pressure like Im about to give birth, and it also feels like my pubic bone is splitting apart. This is the third time in 2 weeks that its happened at random. Should I be concerned??

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a gynecologist and get a per speculum examination to make a diagnosis.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
