What Causes Pain In The Uterus Area Along With Gastric Problem With A History Of Emergency C-section?

I had a baby March 2013 he died of chorioamnitius 26 min after birth I had an emergency c-section. I also went into Cardiac heart failure 5 days after giving birth. I seem to be fine with that but I am having Charlie horse type cramps a few times a week in my cervix or uterus area and in my upper right rib area along with horrible gas it hurts so bad that I get crippled from it then very sore after wards it also sometimes feel like I am gonna explode in my women organ area and feels like there is a baby there kicking please help me I am so scared of hospitals after everything

1) These symptoms are not related to the C section.
2) This could be due to gastritis.
