What Causes Pain In The Upper Stomach And Back?
I ve been having pain the past couple of weeks in my upper stomach near my chest. It s like a jabbing/poking feeling that sometimes makes my back ache. It happens everytime after I eat to the point a few bites I feel full and don t want to eat. I feel nausea and have a hard time getting comfortable. It s like I ve done ab kills and there is no relief no matter what I do. Please help me!

In peptic ulcer, gall bladder stone, and pancreatitis this kind of a pain in abdomen radiating to back may be present.
Take Tab. Pan D 1 bid before food.
Syrup.Sucralfate 10 ml tid after food for 5 days. In the meantime do investigations:
1.US abdomen
2.CBC/ESR
3.LFT serum amylase and review with report.
