What Causes Pain In The Upper Foot With History Of Herniated Disc?

Hi. Thanks for offering to help. I have a distinct pain on the top of my right foot, in between the ankle and the toes. Hurts most when I walk or move my right foot. I have not had any specific injuries to that area but I am trying to stay active with walking, biking, swimming, etc. It s painful enough to affect my gait. Since I have several herniated discs in my back, I m thinking it may be sciatic nerve related. Any thoughts on treatment or guidance would be appreciated. (49 year old male) Thanks.

Hi,
From history it seems that this might be due to pressure on nerve root due to herniated disc problem, giving this problem.
Take vitaminB!, B6, B12 shots or capsules and calcium supplements.
Do back extension exercise and if require lumbar traction.
Ok and take care.
