What Causes Pain In The Upper Back And Chest Despite A Normal EKG Report?

I have pain that shoots across my upper back and into my chest resulting in stiffness. Have had a EKG, back xray, chest xray and many other blood tests. Also, receiving Physical therapy for tennis injury on right side: shoulder, under arm, etc. What is causing this pain?

this is a musculoskeletal pain try to avoid strenuous exercises for few days.
if pain is more sever take ketorolac 25 mg tablets twice a day after food for 3 days,plus pantoprazole 40 mg tab once a day before breakfast for 10 days.
