Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain voice change after getting tired or having sex or drinking alcohol can be all related to changes in hormonal influxes as different conditions can lead to change in hormonal inflows and it can cause stretching of the vocal cords.
As it gets back to normal after sometime you need not to worry as nothing seems serious..
Small ball on the tongue that you are experiencing seems to be either swollen tongue papillae or can be eruption of apthous ulcers..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician when you experience the balls and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination and can also do blood tests or biopsy of the lump if needed to rule out the exact cause of problem and treat you accordingly..
As of now if the tongue hurt you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Do warm saline gargles and take Vitamin B complex supplements..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
