What Causes Pain In The Throat After Smoking Cocaine?
Excessive cocaine smoking now throat hurts when swallowing but it feels like it hurts by the Adams apple...do I have lung cancer...I feel like my lungs is collapsed...I kno paranoia is an addiction side effect...I ve been experiencing extreme fatigue as well...depression...idk why I m even telling the Internet this...seems like Google is the only one I can talk to...lol...but anyways thanks for listening...if anyones here is mean...life s too short...bad decisions com at a price...

It could be due to throat inflammation, otherwise called pharyngitis.
As of now you can do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
