What Causes Pain In The Thighs After An IUI Procedure?
Hi Doctor, i had my iui on 17 oct 2016 (yesterday). I know its too early to ask. I am feeling pain in my thighs. Unable to sit on hard surfaces. Is this normal? This is my first iui. I am feeling a lot of anxiety and cautiousness. Please suggest if this is quiet normal or some thing to worry about. Appreciate your response. Thanks a lot in advance!!
It is due to positioning during the procedure. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
