What Causes Pain In The Testicles And Red Pimples On The Penis?

Hi doctor. I have been feeling a slight pain in my left testicular it comes and goes , and there is small red pimples on the cornoa of the penis. I had a protected sex about a week ago and it was all covered. Oh and i also have white tonge that has big pimples on the back . I m really scared that this could be an std. Within 2 days after i had sex i had an std check up and the results came all normal.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern. You said you have two associated symptoms of testis, penis and tongue but that too can be because of different reasons.

Slight or mild pain in testis can be because or torsion or orchitis (inflammation of testis) for that you must ware tight underwear and also take antibiotics like doxyclin after consulting your doctor.

Symptoms related to tongue, white lesion seems to me is because of fungal infection CANDIDIASIS. If I would have been your treating doctor, I would prescribe anti fungal gel CANDID ( ketokenezole gel), to apply locally.
