General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Neha.
Welcome to health care magic, I really appreciate your concern.

Pain in upper stomach which relieves on standing or bending forward might be related to Acid peptic disease like stomach or duodenal ulcer.

I would advise you to take antiacidity medicine like ranitidine or pantoprazole group of drugs with antacids for 4-5days.

Meanwhile you should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food and carbonated beverages.
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for follow up question I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
