Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Pain In The Right Side Of The Testicles And Inner Thighs?
Hi I have pain in the side of my testicles especially the right one and an unbearable sensation in my buttocks if I sit on a hard seat and for a while afterwards. The inside of my thighs can also hurt. If i have to hold back to go to the loo as i am out somewhere it causes severe pain in my testicles a few hours later. I think the problem was caused by my tensing of my anus muscles for long periods without realising. I have a sensation in my anus traveling to my scrotum. Had this for three months now and very depressed.
I think your problem is related to constipation problems. Indeed straining without release can cause such pain.
I advise you to consult further with proctologist and run anoscopy to check out.
Drink plenty of water. Increase fiber intake. Psyllium or prunes supplement can help. Use gentle laxatives like senna. Apply prep H each time you have a bowel movement. Go to toilet each time you feel the need to.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
