Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of right urinary tract system. 3 Salpingitis i.e infection of fallopian tube or cyst in ovary right . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of ovary . While physical examination by a gynecologist will also find out fallopian tube inflmmation with ultrasound. However , there are so many other reasons of such pain as muscle sprain , muscle fiber rupture , so consult a gynecologist and get his opinion because physical examination is important.
