What Causes Pain In The Right Nasal Passage?

Hi I have persistent right nasal pain with mild post nasal drip and allergy symptoms. I had some relief with azelastine nasal spray but I am have allergy testing next week and have to stop using it until them. The pain is high in my right nasal passage with some pain in my right eye socket. I went to an ENT and was found to have minimal turbinate swelling and mild septal deviation to the right. Why am I having so much pain?

Hello

The pain you are are experiencing is typical of a sinus pain and i would like you to meet your ent doctor again and request him to examine your sinuses for confirming this. Please dont worry, just take a pain killer like paracetamol 500 mg and start steam inhalation 2-3 times a day , it will reduce the pain.

Thanks
