What Causes Pain In The Ribs And Lower Uterus During Pregnancy?

I am 25 years old.. 27 weeks pregnant with di di twins. AT last u/s both twins were head down but I do feel alot of movement so I couldnt tell you whos where now. The last 3 -4 days I have had troubles with eating/sleeping/breathing living pretty much.

1) Every time I eat I get a pain in my left side stemming from my middle up into the top of my rib cage

2) I am side sleeping as instructed but am finding this very uncomfortable d/t the feeling of babies pushing out on the sides.

3) I constantly feel short of breath

4) I dont get contractions ( usually) but I do get the sensation of tightening usually only in a palm sized spot which i assume is a baby pushing but over the course of the last few days this is more often and lower and baby a is able to head butt my cervix at this point. Im hoping to let these guys cook as long as possible.... but something just doesnt feel right should I be concerned with the pain/discomfort in the ribs and lower uterus?
