What Causes Pain In The Rectum After Ejaculation?
When i have sex an ejaculate i hurt realy bad in my rectum in sides sometimes it hurts worse than other times,somtimes it hurts for about 10 to 20 minutes before it goes away. No im Not gay an yes im a man. Could i have a hernia oh an my testicles hurt at same time but not always this has gone on for awhile

about your question i would like to tell you that these symptoms refer mainly to prostate......any problems or inflammation of the prostate causing pain in the rectum as its anatomical site is near this area and when we need to examine the prostate we do what is called pv test to palpate getting two finger gently in the rectum to palpate the prostate if there is tumour or inflammation or pus......my advice to you is to refer to urologist as more complications may occur and to have pv test and discuss with your doctor to do ultrasound scan to check the prostate ........if you had urinary tract infection it may lead to prostatitis as urinary tract infection affect prostate also and cause this pain of the rectum ....this pain appear when you have sex or ejaculate as the prostate function mainly at this time and prostate has important role in having sex and ejaculate as it simply nurish your semen and facilitate movement of semen......sexual arousal and multiple sexual activity may worse your prostate and have bad effect on it......my advice is to see your doctor to do investigative tests and not to have sex or ejaculate untill treatment........wish you healthy life
