What Causes Pain In The Penis?

Hi. I had masturbated daily for around two weeks without lube. By the end of two weeks I started feeling pain on my penis,that extended into my abdomen but I could not locate the exact point of pain. On closer examination, I found a small do surrounded by a very small patch of blackish blue skin at the base of my penis head. Touching it did not give a localized sens of pain but as if something was poking me inside my stomach. It looks very similar to bruises I have seen online. But I am not sure. Kindly help

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What symptoms you are experiencing in the penis is due to excessive masturbation without using lubricant. It is mainly due to injury caused due to mechanical forces.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Cleanse the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. Apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream over the lesions as a thin layer.
3. Take analgesic medication Tablet.Ibuprofen twice daily after food.
4. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
5. Wear loose fitting undergarments preferably made of cotton.
Maintain good personal hygiene.
