What Causes Pain In The Penis?

I noticed a pain in my penis yesterday morning by afternoon it is worse when I walk and has not changed even now a day later ,I havnt fallen or slipped or lifted anything heavy ,I do have a lump on my lower right side of my groin for 8+months which hasn t given me any pain ,the pain I feel now is in my penis and the right crotch area when I walk ,having had a hernia when I was in my teens I passed it off that it s just that a hernia ?

Hi, I think you are having an inguinal hernia and that is the cause of your pain . Get yourself examined by a surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment. You may need a surgical procedure for treatment.
