What Causes Pain In The Penis Tip?

I am 26 year old male and was currently treated for gonorrhea, but occasionally feel some pains in my penis tip and sometimes my abdomen. Quite recently, and in the course of these pains, my scrotum has gotten so soft and very loose than normal. Please can you explain to me what is happening to me now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
This is Dr. Papaqako answering your question.
Thank you for posting your question to HCM.

If I was your caring doctor, I would recommend to repeat the investigation for sexually transmitted disease. Your description suggests that you may have not been treated completely, or you have taken another infection meanwhile.
-- Gonorrhea sometimes may not get treated completely since some people may have antibiotic resistency (when the right antibiotic for the treatment does not work completely to clear the infection because of the person have used that antibiotic before).
-- Also Gonorrhea may be associated with other Sexually transmitted disease like chlamydia, and those need their own treatment, so make sure to check for those too.
-- As the name of the disease suggest, these problems are transmitted sexually, so you can take the infection again, if your partner has not been treated. During the treatment is recommenced to not have sexual activity.

For the reasons mentioned above, my suggestion would be to make another evaluation of the type of infection you have, and get treated for that.
Something that may help lowering the ratio of these infections, is using condom every time you have sexual relationship.

If you have an other question, let me know.
Take care.
