Hi,

I would recommend you to have a gynaecological examination and tests to rule out sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia and gonorrhoea.

If you have not had a Pap test in the last 2-3 years this is a good opportunity to have one.

A vaginal ultrasound is also necessary to evaluate the pelvic structures and rule out masses or other conditions that might be a cause of the pain.

Only after such a thorough examination the doctor will have some idea of what is going on and will be able to have a plan to help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
