What Causes Pain In The Neck?
My neck has been hurting for 4 days now without letting up. I can turn it on the right but can t turn to the left. I have been taking muscle relaxants and pain medication but the pain is still there. I also have been alternating heat and ice packs. I am now using pain patches and icy hot gel but still it hurts. It started all of a sudden and has been slowly getting worst. Any ideas? I called into work and found that two of my coworkers that work at the same desk has the same symptoms. Could it be something viral?

it can be cervical spondilosys. take neck color. take analgesic like neofenac p. apply analgesic ointment and warm phomantation. avoid pillo at bedtime use hard bed
