I have bad pain in my neck and shoulders and and left arm and back and left leg I had a a scan done and it showed up no bones broken after a car accident I was a front seat passenger I m on pain killers and sleeping tablets but there no good I m stif and all pain

Dear, your symptoms are suggestive of nerve compression, and for that you may need an appointment with a neuroligist and probably and MRI of the neck.
