What Causes Pain In The Neck Of A Congestive Heart Failure Patient?
Hi, I am a congestive heart failure patient. What does it mean to have pain in my neck and heavy walking through water feeling in my limbs? I recently loss almost 20 lbs of water weight with the help of furosimde but still having difficulty breathing when I walk long distances. My recent echo showed an ef of 10. Which scares me as I was up to 40/45 back in December 2013. Any ideas...on what I should be asking my cardiologist to do?

An ejection fraction of only 10% indicates that the heart is functioning far below its expectation. I think what you need to ask your cardiologist is the possibility of heart surgery.
