What Causes Pain In The Neck, Head And Chest?

I have been having pain in my neck and it has went to my head. Had chest pain today then I was wringing wet then chest pain went away but still have headache. This started about 1 and 1/2 mos ago with shoulder pain that went to neck then head. Had a xray of neck and said I had multible spurs. Finally all pain went away after a mo until today.

it appears more like cervical spondilosys.all pain can radiate from cervical problem.consult orthopedic surgeon regarding spurs in cervical area. it may require physiotherapy.
