Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear are you male or female??

Pain in the back may be due to back muscle spasm or kidney pain in renal stone.

Other possibilities like pelvic inflammatory disease or STDs or lumbar spondylosis or disc prolapse with compressive myelopathy.

What about your x-ray of lumbar spine showing or what about hemoglobin status etc..

Take tab. pregabalin m 75 once a day at night. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.

Take care
