What Causes Pain In The Lower Back?

I have had pain in my lower back all day, felt like I slept wrong. It kind of catches wen I bend a certain way. Ilater in the day I felt like I had bad gas pains. Now the back is worse mostly in the lower left side, still feel like I have lots of gas and feel nauseated.

low back pain generally a symptoms of calcium deficiency ( if it is not due to trauma/ more exercise). u can take calcium for replacement.. and analgesics for pain
