What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?

Starting feeling bad this afternoon. Started with lower back pain on my right side. Later moved up to the middle of my back on both sides. My hands are hurting and I m extremely tired. I ve been drinking tons of water because I ve had kidney stones in the past but this feels different.

I can say that the pain you are suffering at the lower back is definitely related to kidney pathology as that area can be called as renal angle. as you mentioned that you have renal stones , you need to get evaluated further whether to take medications or go for surgery.
