General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of neuropathic causes as in spine related problems.

Consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI scan to rule out conditions like disc prolapse.

As of now, analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol can be taken for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
